Terms of Service
Operational Framework

This document outlines the mission parameters for using Leadivo.pro. It’s not legalese—it’s a shared operating manual. By accessing our platform, you acknowledge these guidelines. We’ve structured them to be clear, concise, and aligned with our core principles: technical precision, mutual respect, and forward momentum.

Core Operating Principles

Our terms are built on three non-negotiable pillars. They define how we interact, protect data, and deliver value.

1

Technical Integrity

We provide tools and analytics for mobile game developers. You are responsible for the technical implementation of our recommendations and compliance with App Store/Google Play guidelines.

Constraint: All code snippets and SDK integrations are provided "as-is." We cannot guarantee platform policy compliance for your specific implementation.
2

Data Sovereignty

You retain full ownership of your app data. Leadivo processes this data under your direct instruction. We do not aggregate, resell, or exploit your data for external purposes.

Note from Legal (Italy): All data processing adheres to GDPR and Italian privacy law (D.Lgs. 196/2003). Our Data Processing Agreement is available upon formal request.
3

Collaborative Momentum

The service is a partnership. We commit to proactive communication and actionable insights. You commit to providing accurate context and timely feedback. Silence is not progress.

Trade-off: Our direct, data-driven approach may conflict with a preference for vague, high-level strategic workshops. We prioritize measurable outcomes over branded concepts.

Failure Modes & Mitigations

Our experience shows that service agreements often falter on these specific points. Here’s how we preempt them.

Misaligned Expectations

Client expects guaranteed top-chart placement; we provide data-driven optimization.

Mitigation: All engagements begin with a "Discovery & Goal Alignment" phase. We codify KPIs (e.g., 'Improve D30 retention by 15%') before work begins.

Data Access Latency

Client delays providing read-only API keys, stalling all diagnostic work.

Mitigation: Onboarding packet includes a checklist. Work on historical data (if available) begins while awaiting live access. No billable hours are wasted.

Scope Creep via "One Quick Thing"

Adding tasks outside the agreed-upon focus area dilutes impact and bloats timelines.

Mitigation: We treat all requests as "Phase 2" candidates. The current sprint’s KPIs are locked. A separate, quoted plan is created for new requests.

Silent Key Personnel Changes

The single point of contact leaves, and the project loses momentum due to handover failure.

Mitigation: All briefings and reports are documented in a shared workspace. We request access to two stakeholders from the start (e.g., Product Lead & Founder).

Operational Scope & Boundaries

What we do:

  • Analyze user acquisition funnels, retention cohorts, and monetization flows.
  • Provide technical recommendations for SDK integration and analytics instrumentation.
  • Run controlled A/B tests on onboarding and paywall mechanics.
  • Deliver weekly tactical briefings with clear, data-backed next steps.

What we do not do:

  • Guarantee specific chart rankings or revenue targets.
  • Provide legal advice on tax, liability, or corporate structure.
  • Take direct control of your ad accounts or developer accounts.
  • Create game assets, code, or publish the app on your behalf.

The partnership model is advisory, not executional. Our value is in precision targeting and mitigation of risk.

Strategic Trade-offs

Choosing Leadivo involves accepting specific trade-offs. Transparency is key.

Deep Focus vs. Broad Coverage

Upside: Intensive analysis on your core funnel yields higher-quality insights.
Downside: We may not audit peripheral systems (e.g., CRM, HR tools) unless directly impacting user metrics.
Mitigation: We flag cross-system dependencies early and provide integrators for them.

Data-Driven vs. Creative Instinct

Upside: Decisions are tied to measurable outcomes, reducing guesswork.
Downside: We cannot approve a "hunch" without an associated test plan. True creative leaps are client-driven.
Mitigation: We can design and measure the experiment for your creative hypothesis.

Speed to Insight vs. Implementation

Upside: Rapid diagnosis of bottlenecks (often within 1-2 weeks).
Downside: Implementation of our recommendations falls to your internal or contracted dev team.
Mitigation: We provide detailed dev tickets and can review PRs (Pull Requests) for a small fee.

Direct Access vs. Scalable Support

Upside: You work directly with your strategist, no account manager layers.
Downside: During peak periods, response time may extend slightly (we cap active clients).
Mitigation: We publish our capacity status and allow booking advance office hours.
